The Dharmic Healing Container/Course offers a holistic and transformative journey that blends ancient Hindu spiritual wisdom with a diverse range of Eastern and Western healing practices. This course is designed to guide participants through a process of healing and self-discovery, aligning the mind, body, and spirit to reconnect with their true essence and dharma (life purpose).

By incorporating mindfulness, herbal rituals, and energy-based practices, Dharmic Healing helps release emotional and psychological blocks, restoring balance and clarity. This practice is designed to transform the mind and spirit, empowering you to overcome challenges, heal emotional wounds, and live with greater purpose, peace, and authenticity.

About The Container

The Dharmic Healing experience unfolds over an 8-week container, consisting of 7 transformative sessions. Each week builds upon the last, creating a flow that supports deep healing and lasting transformation.

Week 1: Initial Consultation
& opening ceremony

We begin with an in-depth session to explore where you are now, what you’re seeking, and what blocks may be standing in your way. This session sets the tone and intention for your journey.

Week 2:
Feedback & Action Plan

I’ll provide you with a personalised action plan based on our initial consultation. This plan will guide you toward the steps and practices that
align with your unique needs and goals.

Weeks 6–7:
Continued Integration

These sessions are designed to solidify the changes, explore any new revelations, and
ensure you’re equipped to sustain your growth beyond the container.

Week 8:
Closing Ceremony

We’ll reflect on your journey, celebrate your transformation, and discuss how to maintain alignment with your dharma moving
forward.

KEY PRINCIPLES OF THE COURSE:


In Hinduism, Dharma refers to one’s moral and righteous path in life — one's purpose or calling. In this course, we will explore the concept of dharma and how to discover it by looking within, understanding your values, and aligning your actions with your true nature. We will also discuss how fulfilling your dharma leads to moksha (liberation) and self-realization.

1. DHARMA AND SELF-DISCOVERY:

The course will incorporate principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of healing, to help participants understand their unique constitution (dosha) and how to maintain balance in their body and mind. By learning about Ayurvedic nutrition, daily routines (Dinacharya), and lifestyle practices, students will be equipped to create personalized wellness routines that support healing and balance.
